Our fees are on a sliding scale and are charged on the sale price realised for the property. Commission reduced by 0.5% in the event of an exclusive mandat for a minimum period of 3 months. Commission reduced by 0.75% in the event of a green mandat.
All rates quoted are TTC, TVA charged at current rate, charged to seller.

Up to € 50,000 = fixed charge 4000 euros

€ 50,001 to € 100,000 = 8%

€ 100,001 to € 200,000 = 7%

€ 200,001 to € 300,000 = 6%

€ 300,001 to € 1,000,000 = 5%

More than € 1,000,000 = 4%
