Our Fees
Our fees are on a sliding scale and are charged on the sale price realised for the property. Commission reduced by 0.5% in the event of an exclusive mandat for a minimum period of 3 months. Commission reduced by 0.75% in the event of a green mandat.
All rates quoted are TTC, TVA charged at current rate, charged to seller.
