I cannot recommend Sarah and her team highly enough. We had spend many months in rented accommodation whilst looking for our new home and had viewed many tens of properties. Many of these viewings were a waste of our time being totally unsuitable.
Luckily we found Sarah and Maisons et Manoirs. She found us properties that were to our specific requirements and we found our new home within a short period of time. Sarah made the whole buying process so easy and stress free, even in the height of the covid restrictions.

Highly recommended’ seems like a bit of an understatement when describing the excellent service Sarah and her team provide. We’d arrived in France from Australia with little more than a budget, a vague idea of what we wanted and thanks to Brexit, a very tight deadline. Four previous estate agents had done their best, but ultimately failed to find us anything suitable.
Then we met Sarah! She showed us five properties, all of them beautiful, but one of which stood out. She not only helped us through every stage of the buying process, but was there to support us afterwards and help us settle in.

After 18 very Happy Years in the Southern Gers the time came to sell our lovely 200 year old Gascon holiday home, and who better to use than Maison et Manoirs. Having spent a lifetime working as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK, I wanted a firm I could trust who delivered on their promises and kept me well informed.
We marketed in August and completed in December, which timing suited my family very well. Everything from agreeing a sale to a French purchaser who was able to complete, as opposed to a purchaser of whom there were several whose offers were conditional, to sorting out the Notaire, putting us in touch with brokers who dealt efficiently with a six way family split of sale proceeds and sorting out utilities etc which was a great help.
Perhaps we were lucky to have avoided some of the nightmare stories one hears of when selling, but sales tend not to happen by accident when dealing with a well organised firm such as Maison et Manoirs.

Just wow! Sarah made the whole experience easy and transparent right from the start. She was always available for questions ( we had a lot) and, most importantly, was there for us during every moment of our purchase and after!
Moving house is stressful enough and to move country is double the stress. But having Sarah there, guiding us, supporting us, it never became overwhelming.

Excellent service. Sold our house very quickly and Danielle Bonner was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Also a great help dealing with the Notaire and currency transfer. I've already recommended them to a friend.
